Essential Art Products’ guarantee policy states that if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you purchase, you are owed a complete replacement or refund.
If a return or exchange is required for any reason, please contact Essential Art Products Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to receive detailed information on how to return the order and to receive a mailing address for returns/exchanges. This information will generally arrive within 24-48 hours. The return/exchange must be post-marked within 14 days of when the request is approved.
Essential Art Products will exchange or refund any product returned to us within 30 days, excluding gift certificates and special ordered items. Special order items cannot be returned.
Please email for an RMA number before returning any products. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
All returns must be accompanied by an original packing slip, in new condition, and in their original boxes. Please also include a note indicating the reason for your return. Any item that has been altered in any way from it's original condition is automatically void of its Essential Art Products and manufacturer warranty. This includes but is not limited to attempted repairs, removal and/or installation of parts not included in the original item purchased.
Always ship your returns via an insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Essential Art Products does not accept liability for returns that arrived to us damaged.

Essential Art products does not guarantee any product beyond original manufacturer warranty. Any warranty claims beyond the Essential Art Products return period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Our Customer Service department will evaluate returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. You must pay return shipping, and once the merchandise has been received and evaluated, you will be refunded the cost of merchandise less any applicable fees and shipping charges.
When returning stock items of your choice, please include a copy of the complete return form. If you have not received a return form within 48 hours of your request, please contact customer service.
We strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a dependable tracking system for your return, such as FedEx or UPS. If the shipment is misplaced or broken on its way back to us, you must follow up with the shipper to resolve your claim.
